Deciduous, upright shrub, conspicuous young scarlet stems in winter, mid green foliage, creamy-white flwrs late spring/early summer, followed by rounded white fruits. Sun, wet/dry soils. Ht. 6ft/ 1. 8m Sprd. 1. 8m. Prune spring to encourage young stems.
