Hippophae rhamnoides Sea Buckthorn

Native coastal deciduous bushy shub, with arching branches, narrow silvery leaves, Very sml cream flwrs in spring, followed by bright orange berries on female plants, if near a male, in autumn. Very wind tolerant, good by sea and on dry soils. Full to part sun. Ht 8-12ft/ 3-4m, Can be pruned. Seed raised plants.
